Introduction to Construction

Overview

This course provides an overview of the key processes, players, tasks and techniques in residential construction. The speakers include an experienced Construction Manager – a tame builder for all those questions you always wanted to ask.

Target Audience

This course is suitable for Development and Regeneration staff  within Registered Providers and others who need to understand the main activities in building housing.

Entry or Pre-course Requirements

This course is designed to follow on from Understanding the Development Process. It is preferable, although not essential, that delegates should either have attended that course or have an equivalent level of knowledge.
