Overview

This course provides an overview of the key stages, events and issues in developing affordable housing and regeneration schemes from site identification and scheme inception through to handover and project completion. On completing the course, the learners will have a basic understanding of the process and is the key risk areas.

Target Audience

This course is suitable for Development and Regeneration staff who are new to the discipline, staff from other teams within Registered Providers who are drafted into Development project teams, senior managers and Board members who wish to have a high-level understanding of the process and risks.
